Do you have a microfiber cloth or towel? You might be able to dry the interior by wrapping that cloth around something to push it inside and dry it.

It’s very likely that toy is made of TPE; so drying it thoroughly is vital if you want to use it in the future as it is porous and will harbor bacteria / mold if it’s not properly dried.
