I got a 30-pint one from hOme labs on Amazon and it's great. It does have a hose attachment in the back but I haven't used it.

I’ve had a lot of luck with [this](www.amazon.com/dp/B073V9MG3Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_AMY6YRN8ASCJTKGEJ9BG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) dehumidifier I use it in my closet because it’s connected directly to my bathroom and even with a vent over the bathroom area I used to get mold on my clothes. Since I bought this though I haven’t had any issues. I’ve had it for just over 2 years now and have it running constantly day and night no issues. It also has a drain hookup so you don’t have to remove the tray and empty it daily.
We have one of these at home and it is both elegantly simple to operate and pumps out a ton of hot air from the side. This is the Amazon US site, but perhaps you can find the same where you are: https://smile.amazon.com/hOmeLabs-Dehumidifier-Dehumidifiers-Basements-Continuous/dp/B073V9MG3Y/
Don't know if this is overkill for your situation but, I have a 4x4 tent in a walk-in closet and this unit works like a charm.

We bought this one for our house and actually use it in our small (17 ft) TT when it is in storage, may be overkill, but camper still smells new after 3 years! We don’t use it while traveling, as we don’t do super long trips, but when used at home it isn’t much louder than a box fan. Nice white noise.

This one is pretty good. I have it in a small room next to the grow room, it drys the air that blows in through the intake of the grow space.
It pulls about 3 gallons of water out of the air each day and keeps the RH in the main room down to about 40.
Not a bad unit at all I would even get the 2500 sq foot model if you live in a really humid area.
If you do get a dehumidifier, I highly recommend this model. We weren't running the AC's during the day while WFH due to not being in the same room where the unit is, and this helped immensely!
A 2000$ product which produces .5L a day at best. Idk if it’s worth it rn.
There’s this dehumidifier on amazon for 200$

Some users report it makes 7- 80 pints of water a day. If we hookup a solar panel to it, it may produce more than this MIT guy’s thing.
I’m just saying, I think I’ve heard about this guy before, and it’s bad engineering. Wasteful. Innovative but wasteful.
My husband and I bought this one for the unfinished part of our basement that would always be damp: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073V9MG3Y. Been using it for almost 3 years now and have never had an issue. I also have 2 air purifiers. Mainly for pet dander but they do cut down the pollen and dust as well and I believe some have specific filters for allergies.
That being said. Mold + fleas seems like a landlord problem. I would suggest looking at your lease regarding what is considered maintenance etc that the LL has to do. Also, if it's that bad, the LL might be violating ordinances/laws about substandard/uninhabitable properties. In college a whole complex got shut down due to a roach problem that the LL ignored until a student got lawyers involved. Not a lawyer, but from the description it seems like a good route to take.
