You can get dehumidifiers that have drain hoses which could at least reduce your labor a bit. For example, I have this one that works quite well:
You will probably be better off with DampRid's large rooms system. Look up DampRid FG90.
If it was me, I would be looking for a larger solution. Honeywell makes some good options, and this one has a 2 gallon tank.

It was top rated on Consumer reports a year or so ago when we bought it. The only negative is that it sometimes buzzes a little bit when the water bin is full, though that is a good reminder to empty it, (or use the optional emptying pump to automatically send it's water to a drain.)
It is easy to setup and use, and you can set a target humidity level for it to maintain. It makes a little bit of a fan noise when it is working, but it's not too bad.
If your place is larger or your humidity levels are exceptionally high you *might* need a second unit, though I doubt you will.
Dehumidifiers with built-in pumps generally include small (like 3/8") PVC hoses.
