Also, grab a multipack of hand warmer packets off Amazon - I buy these, and throw a couple in the bottom of your sleeping bag near your feet.
So here's my usual setup for cold-night sleeping:
Camping mat on the ground. Air mattress on top of camping pad. Old quilt/large blanket that can be folded over to make 2 "layers" on top of air mattress. Sleeping bag with at least 2, but sometimes up to 4 hand warmer packs - I recommend these from HotHands. Then 2 layers of wool blankets on top.
Sorry for the late reply, but would something like https://www.amazon.com/HotHands-Body-Hand-Super-Warmers/dp/B00KDHJBAK/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?crid=1LYNJHN0MIZCG&keywords=hand+warmers+large&qid=1665022456&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIzLjU3IiwicXNhIjoiMy4yMSIsInFzcCI6IjMuMDQifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=hand+warmers... work, or should I look elsewhere?
Every fall I buy these. They are incredibly effective. I was camping when the nighttime low was 30°F. I put a body size one in my sleeping bag and when it started going I had to unzip my bag. I keep some in the car for unexpected roadside emergencies too.
