Is fictional okay? The main character in How Not To Fall by Emily Foster (pen name of Emily Nagoski, sex researcher) has a secure attachment style, a responsive sexual excitation system and a realistic sexual inhibition system. She goes from being an inexperienced virgin to experiencing a lot of pleasure rather faster than most of us, but the book was written to depict both realism and health in the areas of of sexual function, consent discussions and attachment theory. And it's actually pretty hot, even if it did arise from a sex researcher's anger at Fifty Shades of Gray!
