Hey, I see this was posted 2 hours ago and I am also looking to in-house this production for my team. I have been doing non-stop research also. I have don't have actual Screen Printing personally, but I have learned a lot already. Heres Some of what I have.
One great place is Craigslist. People are constantly selling their equipment. I am also in the middle of working a deal to get a crash course/lesson along with my purchase since sellers have great experience usually.
NOTE: We are in different markets and im not looking to drastically cut costs by doing things like building my own exposure unit.
