I’m reading a book right now. It’s the only book / psychology I’ve ever related too with stuttering. I heard about it on here. It’s nice seeing a large group of people beat stuttering and that’s exactly what I want at this point in my life. The book’s views are not outlandish at all. It’s ideas, techniques, and tasks focused on retraining your brain (all in positive ways). I love it so far and I heard about it on here.

I’m in my thirties and my stutter started getting much worse (all fear/anxiety in my head). Then I found this book and all the good reviews. It’s helped a lot. It’s nothing crazy, but he’s really passionate about fluency and betterment of your mental state.
How to stop stuttering and love speaking by Lee Lovett. Somebody in this sub suggested it to me and I bought it on eBay used. I’m at the point where I’m willing to work hard to get better at fluency.
