Just write, and do no delete anything. Incoherent, ugly fragments, can be useful while you go back to your writing and start editing. I highly recommend this little book: How to write a lot

This book helped me get through my first manuscript. And it does get easier each time.
I recommend “On Writing Well” by Zinsser and—if you are in the social sciences—“How to Use Storytelling in Your Academic Writing” by Pollock.
The first book is a classic that teaches you how to write clearly. The second book focuses on the necessary structure and storytelling involved in writing a compelling academic article.
I believe writing is a skill and not some innate talent. You will get better as you write more (i.e., by following a schedule as Silvia suggests). You will get better by routinely seeking others’ feedback. And writing feels less intimidating when you chunk it into smaller tasks (as Lamott suggests).
This is a really helpful guide to writing academic papers:

Generally speaking, you write your results and methods first. I usually wrote the discussion of the results and then the intro. Finally write the abstract. Use a reference editor like Endnote or Mendeley or Zotero to keep track of your references. You should have general idea of what articles support your research because this formed the basis of your paper, then find articles that support or don't support your findings and other articles that might help explain.
Absolutely! I hope it’s helpful! The book is a pretty quick read. It’s By Paul J. Silva, linked to Amazon here
It is a thin book though: https://www.amazon.de/How-Write-Lot-Practical-Productive/dp/1591477433
Echoing this post: How to write a lot
Write within a fixed schedule, don't binge write. See this book:
