This is the same one i have just a different Chinese brand name. I used to have that same baseus stand and it was so cheaply made and glitchy i ended up giving it to my brother after he cracked the screen on his S9 and couldn't use the touchscreen. Told him to use Dex to back up his data and wipe the device before sending for repairs.
I have an adapter for my IPad but it didn’t work controller will not work.

I got this one back in 2020 and it's still going strong for both my so active and my note 20. Has pass thru charging, and I have a 400gb micro SD in it to backup photos and videos. Also, has a Ethernet port so you can have the maximum amount of bandwidth without being throttled by wireless connection. It's nice around the same size as my phone but I don't think it's as light as yours.
Small and unobtrusive, not likely. I havent found anything like that which can charge and provide data at the same.
The only thing that can do that is a USB-C hub. It will allow you to connect more USB devices and also power the headset. But beware, most USB-C hubs consume a significant amount of power themselves. Also, not every USB-C hub will work with the Quest and I am not sure what the determining factor is. I use this hub https://www.amazon.com/HOYOKI-HUB-8-in-1/dp/B097R5LL7P/ and can vouch that it works fine with the Quest. It uses about 8 watts of power and does support QC/PD to the Quest if the power source/battery supports it.
I use this hub to connect a Vive Face tracker to the Quest https://i.imgur.com/b1Y6PZX.jpg and use an app called VirtualHere which makes it seem like anything plugged into the Hub is actually directly connected to the PC (think wireless USB Hub for the PC) so I can have wireless face tracking.
