The RX 460 doesn't output any analogue video; its DVI port is DVI-D dual link, which is a digital output. I suggest getting an active (powered) converter from HDMI to VGA or displayport to VGA. You'll need something like this "https://www.amazon.com/HP-Displayport-VGA-Adapter-AS615AA/dp/B0025ZUF8K" though I don't know if it's lagless or not.
My graphics card does have a displayport but my monitor unfortunately only has 1 VGA and 1 HDMI.
edit: could I use something like this, plus a VGA cable, to hook my monitor into my PC via HDMI? https://www.amazon.com/HP-AS615AA-Displayport-VGA-Adapter/dp/B0025ZUF8K
Did some research and it seems only the radeon cards needed to have one of the monitors connected with displayport. Anyway, if you can verify that the displayport is working, you can get one of these: http://www.amazon.com/HP-AS615AA-Displayport-VGA-Adapter/dp/B0025ZUF8K
If you want a monitor with displayport capbility here's all of them
Modern GPUs, have all dropped Analog connections in favor of Digital ones.
Displayport gets more on GPUs since they don't cost as much or at all(?) to put on, while putting HDMI ports costs money to the licensing people who own HDMI.
As far as working Displayport to VGA, I've heard its hit or miss as far as functionality, but they do exist, This HP branded one has good reviews on Amazon.
Your graphics card has a display port. Just use a display port to vga adapter. https://www.amazon.com/HP-AS615AA-Displayport-VGA-Adapter/dp/B0025ZUF8K
Doesn't that model Benq support HDMI input?
Anyway, that graphics card appears to have several display connections: 1 DVI, 3 Display Ports, and 1 HDMI. To connect 2 (or more) monitors, simply use your preferred combination. DisplayPort to VGA adapters are readily available, as are HDMI to VGA adapters.
Thanks man, something like this ?
I have a displayport to vga adapter. Similar to this one. Displayport is compatible with everything provided you have the right adapter.
I guess that would work, so long as you are willing to spend the money on displayport to vga adapters.

$13 per adapter isn't horrible.
so that adapter will never work for you. I don't even know why it's sold. you either need a DVI-I or a display port to vga adapter. Or you know a monitor from this century with DVI/HDMI/Display port inputs :)
In nvidia options take a look at the properties see if you can pick 4X1 see if it picks up your monitor. If it doesn't then you need to get an active adapter
