I got this one and am happy with it so far; the instructions do explain how to lock the pendulum, but I haven't tried yet:

Biggest downside is that I'm using it around the house, and the house was built over 200 years ago, so in a lot of places, turning on an autoleveled three-plane laser is just terrifying.
