Yes. I actually find it to be more accurate than any rotary/transit. Downsides is effective range is 16ft to 160ft. I have a rotary too and that’s really better to have up and running all day and continually checking. Also longer range. But again my purposes is typically checking work in progress or laying out. I never set it up and leave it for more than 30 min at a time. Typically just a few min at a time.
