Of course you should still make sure that will fit the hitachi magic wand, because I'm not certain and I don't have one to test.
There are even special attachments that you clip on designed solely for guys. But these wouldn't work while padded.

If you can rule out other health conditions by going to a doctor, maybe you simply have sensitive skin and the intensity of the vibration is irritating you. Perhaps adding some/more lube to the head of your hitachi might help?
