Update I bought this tabletop stand.

Mount is designed for 40-65" tv up to 88lbs. I figured the CX 77" is lighter at 60lb and bottom heavy being oled panel. It was the only 65" stand with tilt feature which I wanted.
Was a bit wobbly so I secured the back with anti-tip straps in case.

Mounted my LG CX 77" to it and raised it up 9" so my center speaker can be below it. Was a bit wobbly so I secured the back with anti-tip straps in case.

I bought this aftermarket stand which was basically the only tabletop mount I found in Canada that was both height adjustable, and offered tilt. There are a million options that are height adjustable, but tilt isn't really offered unless you wall mount. Maybe there's more options in other countries though.
It's cheap in terms of price, but feels very solid / well built.
