I used this stand on an older TV and it gives quite a bit of tilt customization plus rubber feet to protect your console. I used it for years with ~4 degrees of downward tilt with no ill effects. It claims to be for TVs up to 55" but there is a stipulation for max distance to the bottom of the VESA holes and the CX models have their VESA mounting holes in the bottom 1/3 Rd of the TV instead of centered.

I have This exact stand and although it doesn't say it has up/down tilt (although I believe it used to) it will tilt up/down 5 degrees each way.

I'm using this for a 55" TV. It's height adjustable and swivels.
