I use the Vital Proteins original https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K6JUG4K I put a scoop in my coffee every morning. Dissolves really well and is unflavored. I tried a few before this and one was so bad, it tasted and smelled like I put beef broth in my tea, 😅.
What about collagen powder? I didn't think it has calories but it turns out it has 35 per scoop. 18 g. of protein, but no fat or sugar.

I started adding two scoops (20p) of collagen peptides to my daily intake. I drink it with some pomegranate juice or almond milk. Its essentially protein powder with some other great benefits for joints, digestion, connective tissue, etc. I get mine at costco.

I am taking collagen (in powder form) in hopes my hair gets stronger (I have a lot of strands, but they are thin.) So far it's made my hair longer and helped my nails and eyelashes. Might be worth a try!

This is my go to protein powder, but I only use it on days when I'm not really in the mood to eat meat. It goes pretty well in coffee and I even had some mixed with peanut butter once and I couldn't taste it at all.

Sorry! 1) It's a powdered animal protein--much like gelatin--that supports joint health, and helps with hair, skin, and nails. Totally unflavored. Can be used in cooking or it dissolves in hot or cold liquids. I swear by it. Here's what I buy. 2) Two scoops is one serving per the label, which is 20 grams.
You may want to try supplementing collagen? I drink it in my coffee, it's odorless and tasteless. It can help your skin's elasticity. I ended up buying Vital Proteins blue lid. Not a quick fix, but helps from the inside.

Vital Protein Collagen Peptides. It's flavorless and you can literally add it to anything with liquid. Load it into a smoothie. I also like to add in melted coconut oil mixed with carob powder. Adds a little extra fat and it's like little chocolate chips.

Do you suspect you may have loose skin? If yes you could do a collagen protein shake. Skin replaces all its cells every 3-4 months and collagen is kinda hard to get from food sources and it improves skin elasticity. I wish I would of done it a long time ago, it definitely helps with hair too!

The skin replaces all its cells about every 3-4 months, the 'glue' that it uses is collagen and its hard to get from food sources.

Hey girl, I'm there with you! Sucralose gives me migraines so I can't have it either. I like the BCAA capsules (even though they're large, they're something my body can handle without headaches) and I also use Quest protein powders (contain less than 2% Sucralose and I find this doesn't really affect me) and protein bars. You could also try using collagen powders that are unflavored like Vital Proteins unflavored, or even do the Isopure zero carb protein powder, which is unflavored/unsweetened.
