I am also new to hydroponics but I’m happy to try to help you. Are you using any nutrient solution in the reservoir water? If so ensuring you are at the right pH and parts per million might be helpful.
If you are a member of amazon prime, you can get this book for free that helped me grasp the absolute basics of trying to grow. I’m now 3 weeks in on my first grow from seeds and getting good results following the advice in this book. hydroponics for beginners
