$50 off the HyperX gaming headset at Amazon has me tempted... I'd probably jump on it if I hadn't already used Black Friday to buy a new phone.
been price tracking the headset for months and this is the first time it's gone on sale.
Same price on Amazon, as well.
HyperX Cloud Flight - Wireless Gaming Headset, with Long Lasting Battery Upto 30 hours of Use, Detachable Noise Cancelling Microphone, Red LED Light, Bass, Comfortable Memory Foam, PS4, PC, PS4 Pro https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077ZGRY9V/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_PRJ3FbGJ95VHG
>The HyperX Cloud Flight S are decent for neutral sound. Their sound profile is fairly accurate and balanced, though their treble frequencies may be a bit piercing and harsh. Unfortunately, they don't have access to any EQ settings within the companion software, which is a shame. Their frequency response also isn't the most consistent, and people who wear glasses may notice inaccurate bass response.
Terrible is a bit harsh, agreed. I think i just got a bit disappointed that it takes away from the Cloud Flight just to add Qi charging and some buttons. If it had the Cloud Flight wired option I would have leapt at it too. The Cloud Flight's are also on sale on Amazon for 139. Just placed my order.
Bought a used one for my brother on Amazon and its was like brand new and never opened as well. The front was destroyed though thats probably why it was used. Build quality is ok mostly plastic so I would be careful with it. Battery life seems to last a day and a half but you should charge it before going to bed. Sound quality is decent. There some used one on Amazon for $65 in Acceptable. Bought the ones on acceptable
I hate in-ears myself. I work from home having to use a wireless headset for 40 hours a week and I wear glasses and never even thought about my comfort level with them because they dont bother my glasses at all. After 2 years battery still lasts a day and a half.
If you want high quality stuff I recommend these.

HyperX Cloud II, new Cloud Alpha are definitely better options. Sure they're not wireless BUT
EDIT: Shit, I just realized HyperX released a brand new wireless headset (The Cloud Flight) and it seems freaking awesome. https://www.amazon.com/HyperX-HX-HSCF-BK-AM-Wireless-Headset/dp/B077ZGRY9V it's at the same price point as the Man O' War -- you should definitely consider.
Both of these headsets feel very cheaply made to me, and Razer's quality really comes into question.
The HyperX Cloud Alpha is extremely comfortable and easily has the best microphone out of all the headsets mentioned.
I have been a Cloud II owner for about 2 years now, and I can easily say it is the best headset I've ever owned. Its comfortable, very sturdily built, sounds great, as well as the mic quality is top of the line for a headset, but not as good as the HyperX Alpha.
I owned a Corsair wireless H2100 and it was cool to walk around my house with my headset on (especially for pee breaks) but it was so heavy, a pain in the ass to charge, and it was very cheaply made, and the plastic on this felt sturdier than the plastic on the void pro. The mic arm actually lost retention for me after about a month, so finally I said fuck it and turned to the HyperX Cloud II's, and I've never looked back since.
Sure, the Void Pro wireless is cheaper than anything mentioned, but that price is really reflected in the build quality as well as mic quality -- it flat out sucks. It honestly reminds me of the Xbox 360 headsets in terms of quality and feel (the one with one headphone).
As for Logitech, their wireless game is cool, but god damn are those headsets uncomfortable, all of them. The cloth fabric on all their headsets drives my skull crazy and it feels like my head is going to get rug burn every time I wear them.

I use this headset which has a USB dongle that I plug into the Switch dock: https://www.amazon.com/HyperX-Cloud-Flight-Detachable-Comfortable/dp/B077ZGRY9V/r
Sound quality is good and probably less latency than Bluetooth (haven't tried). Initially got it for my PS4 since that doesn't do bluetooth but I use it more often on my PC.
Ya if thats what you are looking for sorry I don't know a lot but heard this one is good from my research: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077ZGRY9V?psc=1. What is the dongle that you have if you don't mind tell me, I have the Fiio uBTR and haven't noticed much of a delay.
orignal cloud and xbox version on sale below or $10 above that in CAD https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B077ZGRY9V/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_i_4R7N7PD981JCAHDM3R7Z?psc=1 https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07Y5XBTYZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_i_TC425SWX05KQ2T5DASGX

These HyperX Cloud Flights are on sale for 113USD, not the lowest price (went as low as 89USD during Prime Day) but they are very good, with the backlight off I consistently got 26 hours on average (~5 days) before I had to charge.
Very light weight, comfortable, mic is average, but most gaming mics suck anyways and I would recommend getting a desk mic like this ffine k670 which are 48USD only.
Very good quality mic, nice build, and plug and play. I love it, and I can sit nearly 2 ft away from it and still have it sound clear as day without yelling.
Give these links a read for the LucidSound headset and other good wireless headset options:
The HyperX Cloud Flight is also on sale for $130 from Amazon still.
Corsair HS70 Wireless Gaming Headset is also on sale from Amazon for $90 from $126 and is likely the best entry level budget option.

https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B077ZGRY9V HyperX Cloud is, to my understanding, viewed to be pretty solid for a gaming headset. If you want to go even cheaper: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01L2ZRYVE
That being said, general rule of thumb is if you're getting a 'gaming' branded thing you're paying extra for it over audio quality. Best outcome is to get proper quality headphones from a dedicated audio manufacturer and then add a mic to it versus gaming ones. You'll get more bang for your buck spending the same amount on dedicated audio headphones versus a gaming headset. If the 599's come back into stock that would be a great avenue to go.

I've only worn them once for a couple seconds but they felt similar to my HD 579's.
What is the best audio setup for Discord on PC with the Switch?
1) My goal is to have Discord (PC) audio and Switch game audio be heard from my headset.
Switch: docked
Monitor: LG 27UD58-B ^I ^understand ^Switch ^does ^not ^output ^4k, ^but ^I ^don't ^have ^a ^1080p ^monitor
Headset: HyperX Flight Wireless
2) My second goal is to have Switch audio go through my speakers. I do not need Discord audio for this audio setup. Do I just plug in the speaker's 3.5 mm into my monitor that is connected to the docked Switch?
I have no set budget, so if I need to buy anything, please let me know. Thanks!
As always, remember to use smile
