I believe her dermatologist told her the neck starts to go at age 43. 😆 I can vouch - I once glanced in a mirror under fluorescent lighting wearing a new shirt with a relatively high collar and that was the last time I wore that sucker!
Hillary's procedures & diet are certainly not helping.

Definitely what I assumed as well. Nora Ephron wrote a wonderful book about getting older called I Feel Bad About My Neck: And Other Thoughts On Being A Woman.
