I have the Ibera pakrak (disc version, of course) on my 18.5” Marlin 5. It's adjustable, so would fit a smaller frame.
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00AA8GFSI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_A10TP8Z1W4QX8BGE88C4
It's light and can carry a bit of weight. Proprietary clip-on system, but also compatible with generic panniers (I have a set of Axiom bags).
Some racks are more adjustable than others. Adjustability where it attaches near the axle is best but you can probably get a small amount of extra space by extending it away from the seat too. If that doesn't work you probably need a different rack.
This one has height adjustment.

I got this Ibera rack, and their PakRak panniers.
I like the rack a lot, but if I could go back and do it over, I would get different panniers. Probably the kind that double as a backpack.

I’ve used this Ibera on several bikes and really like it. The trunk bag you can get for it attaches to the rack with a system built onto the base of the bag, so there’s no straps necessary.
Upvoting this - just got a Radmission as well, and looking to add a rear rack that supports a bag. I thought I came across a post where someone used this Ibera, but I can't find the post anymore.
>I also have the ibera rack and bags from amazon and love the setup. I can carry the same items on my daily commute with their trunk bag and one pannier in the summer but I will both in the winter.
I got tired of waiting for mine also and just installed this one by Ibera: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AA8GFSI/
Easy to install and seems solid.
I've been lucky to have had my Rideal high step for about a month now. I've since made some successful additions and some missteps. I'd love to get tires that I can go tubeless with, but it's hard to find any kind of tire upgrade in this size (27.5 x 1.95).
Successful additions:
Ibera rear rack - since the Ariel one is sitting in a port somewhere
OUTERDO Stem Riser - I wanted to keep the stock bars so this helps a lot!
Ariel Rider Front Basket
Bungee cargo net - for the front basket
Fosmon Anti Theft Burglar Bike Alarm with Remote
Bone Bike Tie Pro 4 Bike Phone Holder for Stem Mounting – some don't like the jiggliness but I don't mind
Hafny Bar End Bike Mirror – it works
Slime tire sealant – saved my ass from having to remove the rear tire already

Less successful purchases:
SR Suntour SP12 NCX Suspension Seatpost – I would have loved to use this, but the high step frame is already so high that I can't move the seat up another inch and be able to ride it
Arundel Sport Water Bottle Cage Black – It has a lower frame mount than other bottle holders but still is a challenge to load larger water bottles… going to buy a side load instead
The Beam CORKY Urban Bike Mirror – Cool idea and easy mount, but the mirror was just too small for me to make out anything
Ortlieb Ultimate Six Handlebar Bag – holds a lot but bounces a little unless properly filled… and it became irrelevant as soon as I bought the front basket
GUB Bicycle & Motorcycle Phone Mount – not a bad mount, though my phone flew out of it once… but I wanted a stem mount instead
What are you adding to yours?

This one fits. You need to get creative and reuse some mount points that are used. The plus to this rack is the modular system they have.
Bought a rack, will see how it turns out.

May nakikita ako sa Lazada before pero not sure kung legit. Sa Bikeary din check mo :)
There’s plenty of racks with adjustable struts so you can fit it on many different bikes with various wheel sizes.
I don't know from "good" but I've been very happy with the iberra ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AA8GFSI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) I have one on the gravel and one on the fat. Cheap, light (I think, 1.7lbs) and at various times has held 48 beers at once over the last 3 years. (not recommended)
currently i have an ibera rack on the back of my dolomite alx. for the rack i have a roswheel 14686 saddle bag. my typical load is a few gallons of milk and some other stuff in the bags then some light stuff that takes up space like cereal and bread in a packpack i have.
This is the rear rack I have on my Rideal
It's pretty solid. I really only use it for mounting pannier bags so I can't really speak to whether it could support a child.
Like a lot of ebikes, the Rideal uses flange nuts for the rear axle. On my particular trailer, the flange interfered with the hardware that gets installed on the bike. I had to buy this to make it work. This is what the final setup looks like.
Take a look at your trailer's adapter and see if it will work with the flange nut.
I put this Ibera rack on my Radmission. If you want panniers as well you can buy a combo for about $20 cheaper than buying them individually.
I just bought two Rad Mini's and the racks were out of stock. The Ibera rack fits and has the mount for the light. I didn't need the cable extension either, you just have to reroute the stock cable and zip tie it.
The Ibera doesn't come with the bottom screws that fit the Rad Mini frame but here's a hint, they 4 in the front above the tire for the accessories rack fit. You can take two of those out. I did that to mount my racks and ordered replacement bolts and washers.

On my main/newer bike (Trek Verve+), I just have a Bontrager BackRack (pre-MIK), but if I had it to do over again I'd rather have a MIK version or ideally a MIK rack with the pannier attachment bar below the grade of the top of the rack (such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/Ibera-Bike-Rack-Frame-Mounted-Adjustable/dp/B00AA8GFSI/ -- not that I'm endorsing this one , just illustrative, also this one isn't MIK, just pointing the lower bar). I have a separate trunk bag from my panniers (I don't like those all-in-one kits that's trunk bag with fold out panniers) and it's a pain strapping it on with the panniers clipped on already, wouldn't be an issue with grade separation of the bars/rack surface. Incidentally this would probably help with your basket/panniers question as well. Have a Tubus rack in the front.
On my older bike (Trek 7100), I have an Ibera rear rack (different from above - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DWKUAZK/). Recently got a super cheap front rack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002MKHR6G/) for it and attached a Wald 137 basket to it.
All my racks have been performing well, thus far.

Thanks I had been looking at that one and also this which is very similar. I wish I had the dimensions of the original

I just got an Ibera rack and put on my new Radrover this week and had no issues. I used 3-in-1 oil for all the bolts since it said to lube them all. You also need an extension cable to wire up the brake light which I didn't think about at first. I found the cable on Amazon and you need the 600mm blue 4 pin connector. Confirmed the pin and cable type on the Bolton eBikes website along with reviews for the cable on Amazon using it for the same thing. Looks lovely ke the cable ships from China so takes a while for delivery.
This rack supports 55 pounds which was the only requirement I had since I needed it for the Hamax Caress child seat. I searched all over and read through all sorts of forums and didn't find any options for a front rack so I just ordered the front rack straight from Rad Power Bikes themselves.

These are the panniers I purchased:
I actually got them on Ebay brand new for about $30. If you search ebay you could find a similar or close deal.
So you can get a setup for about half your budget.
