Sure can. I have a RAM suction mount mounted to my windshield with a mid length RAM arm. Then I have an iBolt 25mm ball to 17mm ballas a conversion joint that seats in the RAM arm and the 17mm ball fits in the back of the Quarble Magnetic Dashboard mount.
It works great. The magnet is strong enough to hold a Pro Max and I can easily rotate the phone and attach/detach the phone with MagSafe. Right now, I have it positioned so that the phone when mounted horizontally rests on the trim right above the head unit. So I can just sit my phone there and it magnetically pops onto the mount. This also give it some more support for bumpy roads/trails.
And, the whole setup doesn’t prevent me from wireless charging. My phone does not charge while on the mount unless plugged in to the lightning connector, but that is ok with me for now. I went this way because the magnets in this mount actually seem stronger than a MagSafe puck.
