It's called "Ice Cream Happy Hour" http://www.amazon.com/Ice-Cream-Happy-Hour-Treats/dp/1569759316
The recipes in it all sound amazing, but I keep procrastinating buying an icecream maker lol.
Apparently, the icecream is very soft and scoopable after it's made, unlike regular homemade icecream which can get very hard when stored.
