It's a military style harness by IceFang it has worked fantastic for my dog. He used to be able to Houdini his way out of his old ones...this one he can't seem too.

We’ve got his harness, https://www.amazon.com/ICEFANG-Tactical-Harness-Military-CB-Molle/dp/B078N3JYW1/ref=mp_s_a_1_13?dchild=1&keywords=large+dog+harness+no+pull&qid=1597615459&sprefix=large+dog+har&sr=8-13, and a dog seatbelt that has elastic portion that helps slow him, instead of a static jerk if we were to get in a wreck or have to stop quickly. We’ve had no issues with him getting tangled in it. We also only use the back D-ring instead of the chest D-ring. If he were to fall out, his weight would be supported by the harness and he wouldn’t slip out the back or hit the ground. Overall, it’s been a great system for us. Ps he’s 75 lbs for now.

I did a size small, but my Boston isn’t the biggest
Malamutes can be difficult to train because they're so smart and independent. You need a lot of time and patience. There are some good videos on YouTube that you could look up and use at home.
As for the harness vs collar, I'll echo what everyone else says. The harness seems to make them want to pull. The collar is a bit better but the natural instinct is to pull. It's what they do.
If I take my boy on a small hike, i put him in a working dog harness/ vest. Sometimes I'll even attach a water bottle or two (for him) to the back. Since he feels like he's working, he doesn't pull hard at all and the vests are designed for minimal pulling anyway. It's more like I let him lead. He's much slower this way and I'm not being tugged by 150 lbs uphill.
You can find the vests on Amazon. I have this one in XXL.

Cheapo vest for the pupper, no worries though she is not much of an operator. She is only good at causing trouble and getting belly rubs.
They’re called Icefang tactical harnesses

The vest material is really durable and saved him from injury when an out of control dog tried to bite him, their teeth skittered off. I use the center clip on the back rather than the front.
I customized a cheap vest that I found on amazon and its been working pretty well.
You have got a lot going on so I’m going to just start with the most important things.
First I’m going to suggest these links for you to read and start practicing with because even though the meds are helping, it’s paramount that you also teach your dog to also calm and relax himself.

https://www.markmccabe.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/BD-2019-rev_compressed-1.pdf Training between the ears Calm vs relaxed
Then I’m going to suggest this harness and ALWAYS use the front clip as it will give you leverage over the dog for walking. If you stand still and the dog tries to continue walking, they will be forced to turn towards you.

With your family… I find it’s best to lead by example.
Once you start making progress and showing them how much happier he can be when he is more relaxed, they will want to be part of that process in helping him live his best life too.
They don’t know any better, they’re just trying what they know even though it’s not really working.
When you find a strategy that works really well, be respectful and kind when you show them.
I would also place a heavy focus on mat training, have a bed in every room to teach him to go to.
Anytime you train you should be using high value real meat treats.
I wouldn’t even worry about the dog reactivity until you get the basic obedience down and the anxiety more under control.
You need to use that as your base when you start to work on dog/people reactivity. If he can’t listen to you at all and his anxiety is so out of control even at home, he has no hope of relaxing outside in an environment completely out of his control. His reactivity sounds entirely fear based.
Once you’ve made progress with the basics, we can talk more about the reactivity.
Thanks and of course!

I had bought mine from the Amazon link, but the first link is the actual company. There's also another brand on Amazon called "one tigris" and they sell one with a lot more functionality.

You would probably be able to find cheaper ones than that, there's a lot of them on amazon. However my friend had the one tigris one and his dog was comfortable.

it's really nice. i also got some pouches mounted to the sides so my dog can hold a collapsible water bowl, poop bags, flashlight, and sometimes weights to get swole lol
