One of my coworkers just brought me in a bag of this stuff and I'm having a hard time not devouring it all.

Lavash bread. I have 1/2 a wrap with scrambled eggs, bacon, spring greens inside breakfast burrito style with a side of cottage cheese and a spoonful of peanut butter every morning. This brand also makes tortillas and pitas and is way, way lower carbs than anything else I’ve ever seen. I can eat a whole one for a wrap sandwich (egg salad, tuna salad, I also do deli meat these days) with lots of veggies and 1/4-1/2 apple or 1/2 cup mango and it’s a very filling lunch. I’m going to try making a pizza out of it one of these days. According to their website, they’re sold at Walmart.
I normally stay the hell away from sugar-free, but not right now, so I’ll do some sugar-free jello pudding made with milk for an evening snack. The pistachio kind reminds me of my great-grandma and is a shade of green that no food has any business being.
I always keep FAGE 5% in my fridge. 7g carbs for 1 cup. I put a bunch of strawberries in and a drizzle of sugar-free syrup and a sprinkle of this coconut “granola” stuff I found at Costco. I can get a filling 15g carb snack out of this.
I found these Sargento Snack Breaks also at Costco, but they might be sold elsewhere. They’re pre-packaged food priced -more than I like to spend, but worth it convenience-wise when I’m on my way out the door and realize I completely forgot that I need to bring a snack, but I have no time to make one! They’re around 14-16g carbs.
