I would say it depends on how you plan on transporting your PC from where you are to the new location. If you're just moving a relatively short distance by car, you can just build the PC and move it with you intact.
If you're going to be on a flight or will be shipping your things via courier, then it might be a good idea to partially disassemble the PC or add some PC packing foam in the case while moving.
If he let them package it, it's probably their fault then.
On the subject of the expanding packing materials like Instapak, they are generally sold in bulk but you can find single ones for sale on Amazon.
If it can't fit in the cab, then make sure you take out the graphics card and hard drives at the very least. You can fill the insides with these instapaks to protect components, and box/bubble wrap the PC to protect it even more. Make sure it's tied down properly and seal it up so it doesn't get moisture. Like I said, the cab is preferable, and possibly consider if you can do what you want to do on your PC on a laptop if you're only gone for three weeks.

Even the dumbest bear can move a PC with zero issue with this stuff. It is a GOD send and every techy should know about it. If you ever need to ship a PC prebuilt this is fucking unicorn tears right here.
then use a whole fuck load of (anti static) bubble wrap
but honestly shipping the pc built together isnt the worst thing in the world. I definitely recommend taking out the GPU (and tower cpu coolers but you have an aio) and shipping that/those separately, also i’d strongly recommend getting one or two of these instapak thingies to put inside your case and help hold things snug
Instapak foam bags,
they are your best bet, use when transporting pc as well.
Here is an amazon link.
If you don't have a static bag or proper box for the GPU, there is always this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BU5VXVS/
Pop one of those on the top edge of the GPU then close the door and it will keep everything stable. It's what the good builders use to ship systems to customers.
Search for PC self expanding foam packs. I'm not in the US but found this on US Amazon. Either this or something similar. Mostly Instapak is what I've come across. They sometimes come in bulk and it's expensive but you can probably find individual packs for 5-10 bucks. You'll need 2-4 depending on the size of the PC.
It expands and fills the gaps under and around the GPU and CPU cooler etc.
Measure and buy a box slightly larger than your chassis, then use chemical foam packs below and above...like this: https://www.amazon.com/Instapak-Quick-Packing-Shipping-Solution/dp/B01BU5VXVS/
I shipped servers from TX to the Chech Republic this way...
Oof. Well, no matter how you ship it, there's no guarantees that it won't be mishandled. I would be tempted to disassemble it and ship the parts instead of the whole thing, but if you want to ship it as-is, I would start with those Instapak expanding foam inserts - you can put them inside the case to hold the GPU and other components in place. Wrap the whole thing is as much foam/bubble wrap as possible and mark the box "fragile" for the benefit of the shippers or airline or whatever.

It's almost certainly going to have to be checked baggage as it won't fit as a carryon unless it's a SFF PC or something.
yeah, we used that at work a lot. It comes in a bag with an activator, kind of like the old disposable heat packs. snap activator, shake for a few seconds, then drop in the server before it sets. something like this:

Grab instapack and put it in your case to support the component parts. It’s easier if yup also saved the foam and box from your case, as that is usually pretty sturdy and snug too.

'Instapak' Expanding foam for packaging. Its what PC builders use to ship their computers with.
No problem! Something like this could work:

Only a dumb mother fucker wouldn't use a packing foam or just remove the gpu. God i hope people arn't that stupid.
Det er sådan noget her du skal have fat i https://www.amazon.com/Instapak-Quick-Packing-Shipping-Solution/dp/B01BU5VXVS
next time you can try instapak, amazon link
Anyone trying to send a prebuilt PC anywhere need to Use something like these. They expand with a soft-ish foam to help support parts like the graphics card and just prevent things from moving around internally.
What it looks like (just dont be dumb like the people at the Ibuypower factory)
I would go with expanding packaging foam.
nr200 is a great case. I'd one or 2 of these inside, should keep everything good https://www.amazon.com/Instapak-Quick-Packing-Shipping-Solution/dp/B01BU5VXVS/
or if you have good hard foam at home, that's cool too

What you're looking for is something called instapak. It comes in many different sizes and shapes. Here's a link so you can see what it looks like. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01BU5VXVS
Best option - sell the case and the monitors, buy them again when you get there. Its a hassle tho.
2nd best option - Disassemble everything and pack it all individually. Especially pull out the 3070 and maybe bring it with you personally rather than ship it. You'll at least want to pull that and remove the CPU cooler as it will torque the motherboard and mounts.
Something like https://www.amazon.ca/Instapak-Quick-Packing-Shipping-Solution/dp/B01BU5VXVS to fill the case and hold everything in place; but I would still remove the cooler, gpu and probably the RAM from the mobo, no reason to stress those ports unnecessarily.
For the monitors, I dont have personal experience as I always keep their original boxes just for moving. But I'd guess both into one box, facing each other and away from the sides, wrapped in towels and then fill the box with packing material (Styrofoam peanuts or just clothes you need to get to the same destination).
Maybe this to be on safe side: https://www.amazon.com/Instapak-Quick-Packing-Shipping-Solution/dp/B01BU5VXVS
Her is how it works in practice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUqPCFyUDPk
Cheap, simple and secure. Ppl are shipping complete builds that way.
Bubble wrap outside as you planned to.
Instapak's are what I had used in the past. Here's a link to one:
may want to pick up one of these
check the size, and what not and how to use, but its more or less what a lot of good botique uses when they ship computer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RveExrEjjFQ
I would still take the GPU out tho.
and if you seen LTT's secret shopper, you will see something like this used in their videos from premade machines.
