Not really, any recent hardware should be fine. 16 GB of RAM minimum. 32GB is better. Decent CPU (4 + cores), 2+ TB SSD. NVMe would be ideal. Samsung SATA EVO also good. Barebone NUCs are a good starting point if you are buying new hardware. Amazon has them.
Thanks for all the suggestions. How does this setup look? Is it all compatible?

NUC, 11th gen - $450 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BKRXXNZ
32 gb ram: $80 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08T17RQ87

There's a reasonable and not minimal hardware setup for $720. Pretty tiny power consumption too.
32 eth is $43,606 right now. http://ultrasound.money esitmates APR at 7.6% right now (without MEV). So, income for that validator is $3,314 annually.

You break even in 80 days.
This is the one I was thinking of but honestly if you want great PS3 performance you probably need discrete graphics. If you cut out the PS3 requirement and just carry the PS3 then you save a lot of money and get a lot more options. Although I am still going to recommend an Intel NUC because I'm spending imaginary money. There are a few good Android options as well.
You didn't list a price, but the 11Gen Nucs will play league at 60fps at 1080p.
