LOL...this isn't how it works. Those numbers have a different luminous efficiency (which is different than luminous efficacy).
640 nm is 0.175
670 nm is 0.032
The 640 nm LED will read over five times higher with a lux meter although the PPFD may be the same. When I keep saying that you don't understand theory this is what I'm talking about.

If you already know the PPFD, which most people won't know, then what's the point of using an app that that will not be cosine correct unless you buy a separate meter?
