If the feeling won't bother you there are silicone things you can put on the bottom of your ring to keep it from sliding off, like these from Amazon
I did the spiral ones for a bit but they get kind of gross and discolored and you can see them!
I switched to these about 9 months ago and absolutely love them!

It came with some clear tape also but I didn’t need or understand how to use.
These little invisible ring sizersRing Sizer are my best friend! You can’t see it, it’s extremely comfortable and make it easy for my ring to fit better

I got these, you can just spin the spacer to the top instead of the bottom.
I bought these little invisible ring sizers off Amazon and 10/10 best thing ever. You can’t even see it, super comfortable and really great if your ring feels loose sometimes and just right others cause you can just take it off. Note this will only take a ring down like 1/2 size maybe a bit more but seriously was the best thing I did Invisible Ring Adjuster
I Also recommend getting a ring sizer from Amazon. I went with this instead of the spirals because it’s way less noticeable ring size adjuster
This is a good idea! I actually have a place I can get sterling silver rings with bezel(for cabochons) or prong settings(for cut stones). Wonder if something like that would be a good idea for OP? Another option would be a ring size adjuster
There are little elastic bands made for this purpose so that you won’t have to resize again once you need them to be bigger. You can get them off amazon and probably other sites
Would recommend getting those instead of resizing again xx
Ditto to many of the comments above. If you need a quick stop-gap solution, this set of ring size adjusters on Amazon is good: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C15P2F7
The extra glue tape helps give a snugger fit. Good luck.
Get these.

I just use a thin piece of foam.
These are both really good options.

Yeah didn‘t know these exist either found them when googling for a „ring too big“ solition. ring inserts
I read somewhere about that, used with Oura but I can't remember where.
Basically is something like this https://www.amazon.com/Invisible-Adjuster-Loose-Rings-Assorted/dp/B07C15P2F7 and you need to position the resizer in the upper part of the ring, where there is no sensor, only the battery.
For the gen 3, I'm not quite sure, giving the fact that now there are multiple temperature sensors and they could be also on that side of the ring.
Maybe another option would be one of these:

Then you don’t have to worry about finding another ring.
There are a lot of cheap options on amazon and similar sites like this
I believe they use the terms ring sizer and ring size adjuster
