I have no idea about LSTing, topping or pruning. I made a scrog for my tent, but I think putting the scrog before flowering is a better idea? Any help would be appreciated. BTW I ruined Aurora Indica's one leaf because of a yellow sticky trap. I don't know if it's going to be a problem since she is smaller than the White Widow.

• Exhaust fan: Soler&Palau TD 350 Silent Fan with 6" charcoal filter
• Medium: Biobizz Light Mix Soil
• Pots: Air Pot 3 Gallons (12 litres)
• Nutes: Biobizz Bio Grow 1ml per one liter of water
• Run off PH: Widow @7.1 PH, Aurora @6.3 PH
• Temp: Around @72°F (22°C), @63°F (17°C) at dark time
• RH: Around @50~55%
• Watering: Two times a week & foliar feed before the dark time everyday
• In tent ventilation: 4x 140mm case fans around 1000RPM (doesn't really blow much, but better than nothing I guess)
