Great idea. I'll start with a few. Though these suggestions may be more geared to a professional small business rather than an individual looking to build their own frame.
Framing Chisels: [Barr](https://barrtools.com/), [Sorby](https://www.robert-sorby.co.uk/), [Northmen](https://northmen.com/en/products), Antiques dealers... Barr (150-200 per chisel) is the industry standard, socket style so you can easily replace the handle, High quality and usually arrives within a week or so. Sorby has a tang so you need to order new handles from the company but they are cheaper ($80-100 per chisel) you can order them on Amazon. Northman is quite expensive ($200+) and takes forever to get to you (I waited 7 months for a Demi Bisaigue) but they are works of art. Beware that the sorby/Northman rust very easily and need proper maintenance whereas the barr is some stainless alloy that can take some moisture abuse.
Layout Tools: [Shinwa](https://www.amazon.com/Shinwa-Japanese-Combination-Square/dp/B003CMRSRG), [Chappelle Square](https://chappellsquare.com/), [Starrett Combo-square](https://www.starrett.com/category/111001#currentPage=1&displayMode=grid&itemsPerPage=12&sortBy=wp/asc), ...
Mortisers: [Makita 7104L](https://www.makitatools.com/products/details/7104L) is an entry level chain mortiser for a small shop it is $1500-1700 usually and the replacement chains are around $500. [Mafell](https://www.timberwolftools.com/mafell-ls-103ec-chain-mortiser) is a serious unit and it commands a serious price ($5000-5600) but if you're bidding jobs it can cut at least 4X the mortises per hour that the makita can. [SwissPro](https://www.timbertools.com/SwissPRO-KSP-16-20-Chain-Mortiser.html) comparable to the mafell ($5000) I don't have any experience with it.
Portable band saws: [Mafell Z5Ec](https://www.timberwolftools.com/mafell-z5ec-portable-band-saw) is an incredible tool and cannot be replaced unfortunately it is around $7000 for the 110v version. [Dario](https://www.md-dario.com/en/project/band-saws-for-woods-sn44/) has a much larger throat than the mafell so it can handle larger curves but it is around $10000. Flaberg saw in the USA massive throat but harder to maneuver, ...
Dill Bits: [WoodOwl](https://www.timberwolftools.com/woodowl-ultra-smooth-tri-cut-augers) can't be beat- it cuts clean peg holes every time ($50-60). Beware that it is called a 1" bit but the actual size is 25mm rather than 25.4mm so you will have to order custom 25mm trunnels/pegs. Also make sure to get the 'ultra smooth'. We Usually get a new one every frame as they bend fairly easily during raising.
10" and 7 1/4"worm drives or sidewinder circular saws: Makita, Skil sawsquatch, Milwuakee, DeWalt etc. take your pick.
Shoulder/Rabbet planes: These are hand planes with an iron (blade) that goes all the way to the edge. Great for cleaning up tenons after cutting with circ. saws. Both [Veritas](https://www.leevalley.com/en-us/shop/tools/hand-tools/planes/shoulder/50273-veritas-large-shoulder-plane) and [Lie-Nielson](https://www.lie-nielsen.com/products/small-shoulder-plane-1-073) large shoulder planes run about $250 a piece. There is also the classic Stanley No. 78 that can be found on ebay for $20-50.
Power planes: Makita/Mafell/Protool...
Raising equipment: Come alongs- [Lugall](https://lug-all.com/) is my personal favorite as it is USA made and has all replaceable parts but whatever brand you go with you will need several of these along with a bunch of varying lengths of nylon picking straps.
