The late great Jean Louis Palladin's Cooking with the Seasons is an amazing cookbook to add to anyone's collection. Stunning photographs by Fred J. Maroon published in 1989.
Palladin own a restaurant called Jean Louis in the Watergate building in Washington DC.
He also appeared on TV a lot in the late 1980's and 1990's and was ahead of his time.
