I highly enjoyed "Joint Force Harrier", especially when flying it in DCS.
For the french-speaking crowd, "La guerre vue du ciel" is an amazing book. Bonus points if you fly the Mirage in DCS, you'll know exactly what buttons he's reaching for when you'll read his memoire.
Both are pilot memoirs relating real events, missions, sorties and experiences, not fiction.
