Hello there. I am wondering if someone could give me a recommendation for a durable yet transportable table? I purchased a Joola table (see here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002HWNVZK/?tag=cb-041325-20&th=1) but after less than a year of use from my church youth and college groups, the table fell apart. More specifically, the screws and cross bars that kept the table stable stripped out of the table under-surface and there doesn't seem to be a good way to repair it.

I loved everything about the Joola table: good enough bounce/play for my casual audience, lightweight, easy to store and transport. However, I need something more durable for our next purchase. Budget is ~$1000. Thanks for any recommendations!

You want a thick table (an inch is ideal, you could get away with 18mm or 3/4 inch) and nice beefy heavy duty legs. One accidental kick and the toothpicks holding up that MD Sports table would be toast.

I’m going to play casually, will I regret not getting the 25mm?

Also, I live in a very mild climate area and I’m going to store this in my garage. Will the be 25 mm be less likely to have any warping issues over time?
