If it is PVC (or almost any plastic) pipe with a thick enough wall, then you could drill holes and use a Tap to make threads in the holes and then get pipe fittings like these to screw into the holes, then the smaller pipes or hoses could fit into the fittings. You might need to use some glue or plumbers tape to make an airtight seal.
