For doors you can try something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YGZ95PG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_gER.Ab43NGTGG
For the seat just get a typical hammock cover. Amazon has a lot of options.
Booties would be a ridiculous hassle and your dog may decide to chew them off or eat them instead.
However, if you have cargo space I'd say get a cargo liner and a crash tested crate installed. That's what I plan to do to save my next car from all the dog hair/dirt.
I just bought a pair of door protectors on Amazon... K&H Pet Products Vehicle Door Protector Gray 19" x 27" - Protects your car doors from pet scratches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YGZ95PG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_KZdwCbNWM68SM
Hopefully, it will prevent from happening again!
I have a dog. I keep his stuff in one of these to keep the trunk free:

He tends to jump on the armrest in the back, so I got these as well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YGZ95PG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I leave the short portion of the rear seat down so he can jump up there, and I leave a dog bet on the floor for him with the other seat up.
Been using turtle wax hybrid solutions. Seems pretty good:

I also got a long hose, short handle, wand extensions, foam canon, and quick disconnect kit for my pressure washer. That quick disconnect kit is great.
I also plan on taking the truck in to get the Fluid Film undercoating done. I'm in Western NY, lots of road salt.
Congrats on the new truck!
I have them. They did slip off once or twice though, but are pretty good. I've found a couple of other handy things, I'll copy/paste:
