I don't have this condition, but I believe you can sleep on your back for now, until your get bigger. Once your baby and belly get large enough to put pressure on the inferior vena cava then you may want to get an angled pillow so you can continue sleeping on your back. I got this pillow for my husband who has sleep apnea and snores and it has helped him a lot, but it was hard to get used to sleeping on. Maybe it will help you as well?.

I’ve found sleeping with a wedge pillow vs. the propped pillows to be the most effective for the middle of the night wake up from acid reflux. I use this wedge pillow, $40 on Amazon. Kӧlbs Bed Wedge Pillow with... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082XKFYLJ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Also, it sounds like you are already doing this but don’t bend over or lay down within 3 hours of eating or drinking. It takes your stomach about 3-4 hours to empty.
Take care <3
I bought a wedge pillow that raises your upper body 7". My heartburn comes at night and it has been pretty useful in managing it while trying to sleep.

Have you tried a wedge pillow?? I just linked a random one for example but it might help your sleeping issue
I’m about a week post-op and just bought this pillow and it’s been super helpful with sleeping comfortably! I put it right under my thigh so my leg is elevated & straight but also supported. I bought the standard size :)
Doctors have a few things they can prescribe that can help the person that snores to stop or at least reduce snoring, such as some gadgets that can help keep their airways more open.
f nothing helps you could always try those earplugs that construction workers/truckers wear (Howard Leight brand). My ex was a trucker and wore those while sleeping during the day at truck stops.
Sometimes a different pillow or bed wedge can help the snorer to recduce snoring by keeping their head and neck in a position that keeps their airways more open.

Check out Amazon for gerd pillow or incline pillow. I use a pillow on top of it also. Takes a couple weeks to adjust if your a side sleeper but I can't sleep flat now. Using an elevator is also another option. https://www.overstock.ca/Bedding-Bath/Avana-Mattress-Elevator-Under-Bed-7-Inch-Incline-Foam-Support/20271335/product.html?option=33672290&track=pspla&cid=319364&network=x&matchtype=&keyword=&targetid=&gclid=CjwKCAjw-L-Z...
I used to tense all my muscles like this, now I have to do breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation or I can’t continue with sex/masturbation. It seriously helps my body pain during and after to relax and breathe.
I’m also a big fan of these 12” wedge pillows they’re great for back pain and can be used in different positions solo or with a partner. As far as intimate furniture goes, they are very discrete! They’re also great for reading or watching TV in bed.
I also try to use a lot of ergonomic sex toys like the Satisfyer Pro 2, basically anything with a handle that doesn’t require a lot of tension in the arms or wrist and that’s not too heavy.
Hope some of this helps!
I got this one and it’s been great. $40 on Amazon. Kӧlbs Bed Wedge Pillow with... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082XKFYLJ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I used a wedge pillow (linked below) and also a U shape pillow, week 1 and 2 I used a combination of both and now 4WPO I’m using only the u shape or just a regular pillow. It took getting used to but the wedge was good as it felt just elevated and not too unusual. I didn’t have any issues with lifting my arms so I just wore regular tops but loose fitting it good for making it easy to get over your head and arms.
I recommend some ice packs (linked below) as these made it easier to get to sleep, I still use them now as it kind of numbs everything and helps me Drift off. I’d suggest getting 2 packs so you can alternate.

im too poor to risk sleeping in my $350 headphones. i wouldn't risk the pillow experiment myself.
if youre up for it, it is possible to retrain yourself to become a back sleeper. older women do this to prevent cleavage wrinkles. they sell wedge pillows on amazon for $50. you sleep on this triangle wedge pillow.
