I have a '16 that I installed LEDs in. I went with these, although I think there is a newer revision for 2020. Whatever you do, stick to this style, where the LED array is positioned in the correct location for the reflectors and projection lenses. Don't be that douche installing the wrong kind of lights and blinding everyone else (plus actually outputting LESS useable light than the OG halogens...)
Leave the high beams as is, because the headlamp casing makes getting an LED bulb pretty impossible to fit because the fan/heatsinks won't let you get the right angle to install it.
While in there, I also replaced the parking lights with some LEDs as well. Might as well, since you're in there already. They are just small, easily found, replacement bulbs.
I've done much more than 200 miles a couple of times.
I bought mine in 2019, and they aren't Auxito. But the same basic design and most use of the shelf LED drivers, so heat output is pretty much the same.
Check out bulbfacts.com they review headlight bulbs from different price points. In my Canyon I ended up upgrading to the Katana LED from Amazon. So far I have only swapped the low beam but I will probably swap the high beam soon too. Katana H11
Halogen is usually around 3k color temp; they were much whiter than the old incandescent bulbs, but we ain't used those since the 1980s. I think we're just used to that much bluer LED and HID/Xenon lights we have today, which sit around 5500-6500k. As one that has done it, I highly recommend replacing the fogs and low beams with a good set of 6000-6500k LED lights. And I DO mean a well designed set. Not just some shitty COB LED array bulb.
These are the exact ones I installed in my 2016 Energi: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078W5WJZ2
The key thing here is that the light emmission pattern matches the position of the light emittance point of a halogen bulb, otherwise the projector lens/reflector mirrors won't condense the light beam correctly and you'll get WORSE performance and/or blinding oncoming traffic.
I recommend you get Katana LEDs for your fog lights. I have them installed on my Lexus ES350 currently

Hey, not OP but I've heard super good things about these and I've ordered a set for my low beams. There's heaps of pictures on the forums if you want to take a look!
Whatever ones you get, just make sure they are designed correctly for halogen replacement. These are the ones I put in my 2016.
You'll notice that the LED array is positioned exactly where the filament would be in a halogen bulb, that way the lenses project/reflect the light correctly. Fail to do this, and you get WORSE output, on top of probably blinding other drivers and being THAT douche.
Other way around. Since we're retrofitting, you need LEDs that match the projectors, such as these.
The LED array matches the position and alignment of a halogen bulb filament, so the focal points are correct. Mirrors and lenses don't give a single flying shit about what the light source is, just that it's in the right place to bounce around correctly. Which, other than a very slight shadow directly in front of the bumper due to the aluminum heat sink, matches perfectly, so it has the exact same cutoff and aiming as an OE bulb. (Said shadow is VERY slight, as in, doesn't even extend to where you can see it from the cabin. About 9in off the bumper.)
New LED arrays are in the pipeline (or already out!) that have even thinner heatsinks, so cast even less of a shadow in those positions.
The reverse is true if you had LED projectors, they wouldn't work well if you stuck a halogen bulb in it, because, again, the light source is in the wrong position.
Don't buy those. They're overpriced and will perform like shit.
Myself, I put in LED bulbs that match the filament location of the factory halogens and they work great.
They are OEM for these: https://headlightrevolution.com/s-v-4-led-h11-h16-bulbs/
I just put in Katana LEDs. It's the 12000 lumen ones. $50 on Amazon. Pretty easy to install but you will probably have to pull the battery and air box too if you've got big hands.
The LEDs are arranged very close to the way the filaments are in the OEM bulbs so the light is reflected cleanly. I still need to aim them to make sure I'm not blinding anyone but they're for sure an improvement.
No seat covers yet but I think when it's time I want go all out with Katzkin
It's the bulbs they put in the projectors. They're fucking terrible. Fusion 13+ stock projectors actually do VERY well with HID bulbs as they focus very well. Ford seems to have engineered projectors meant for HID but then put in halogen as cost cutting and it all sucks.

Honestly, I don't think the bumper thing is that bad. I roll it up a set of ramps, and have it down to a 15min off, 15min on job. Most of that is because I don't have tall enough ramps to use a power tool to get the bolts out of the bottom shroud, so I have to use a manual socket driver.
Yes, if they match up to a halogen's light emittance pattern, then they are direct replacements. Mine are a few years old now, and because of the aluminum heat spreader the chip is mounted to, they have a very small shadow for the first 24-36" directly off the center of the grill of the car (you know, where you can't see anyway...) but otherwise flawlessly line up. The vertical cutoff for the projector lens is incredibly tight. They've gotten better with some of them having thinner heat spreaders now. I did have to punch a small hole in the dust cap to get the wire out to mount the LED driver. Actually, there is enough space in the headlamp housing to leave the driver module in there, but I was worried about heat buildup over the long term.
While you're in there, the same size bulb is used for the fog lights. Since you have the bumper off, I'd do those as well. To be honest, the high beams can be take it or leave it. The halogen high beams honestly already do what you need; throw some light upwards, and make deer eyes glow.
Also, I replaced the parking, and license plate lights with two sets of Sylvania Zevo 168 LEDs. Since you'll have the front housing out, good a time as any. Naturally, I also updated the mirror puddle lights. All of these are close to perfectly matching the color temp, and are just ever so slightly bluer, than the interior dome LEDs.
And if I could punch every single dipshit with misaligned headlights, incorrect lights, or FUGGIN PURPLE headlights.... I'd pay money.
Get these for your headlights and these for your fog lights and light up the night !

Agree. Here's an Amazon link to the ones I got for my 2015. Make sure you check to buy the right bulb type, of course. And make sure your projectors are properly aimed!

https://www.amazon.com/KATANA-Headlight-Extremely-Conversion-Adjustable/dp/B078W5WJZ2?th=1&psc=1 are the ones I have (in the H11 bulb), but I got a lot of the information from https://www.bulbfacts.com and https://headlightrevolution.com if you want to look for some other recommended options.
Couple of other people have mentioned that these are good lights
They are largely regarded as the best LED headlight option you can get without spending >$100 and they're not even $50.
