That's me too, i'm usually always hungry. Hell I could eat a large stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut and sometimes still be hungry. But now i can tell i'm not as bad, i've learned to listen to my body better but I'm still trying to learn what works and what doesn't.
Things you can try differently is fasting through breakfast and eat during 12-8pm. That way you are in an intermittent fasting range skipping breakfast. Where you only drink black coffee and water.
If you're eating avocado's and bread that can also be going to a stall. Fat is good for you, its fuel, its what keeps you going, but eating too much fat grams can also keep you in a maintenance mode where your body is okay burning your consumed fat vs your body fat, we want to target body fat, so consuming less fat makes your body hall over to stored fat.
I don't know what you eat on a day to day basis, if you track your intake or not, but protein is key, you want to hit that everyday and going over is completely fine because your body will also use protein for fuel and it can fill you up, thus needing less fat throughout the day.
Hunger pains are temporary, drink water, walk around take your mind off of it.
Also, if you're interested in reading a book, I highly recommend this author for keto and for women https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1628603704/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
