I think the fan organization might be periodically releasing their own cards on PDF to be printed out or something -- I know RAGE CCG fans are still releasing new sets -- but in terms of official releases, yeah, you're probably safe.
You can also get the short-lived Vampire TV series from Amazon!

Not only is it a cult classic VTM tv show, but it comes with a special edition copy of the Book of Nod. Whether the family member has it or not, it's something they'd appreciate I think (it's also 34% off if you have Prime.)
Near Dark is basically a sabbat game! It's a gory cheese 80s flick and is streaming on Shudder and Amazon Prime.
Kindred the Embraced is heavily based on the actual lore of VtM and focuses on a Ventrue. It's really short bc the main character's actor died in a vehicle accident and they couldn't see continuing it without him. It's been described as a mix between The Godfather and Melrose Place. This set on Amazon includes the full series as well as a copy of the Book of Nod- both cheaper than the Book of Nod is on it's own.
Vampires is a French tv series based around a young girl who's the only human in a family of vampires that gets thrust into their world and politics unexpectedly. It's really great and the political intrigue is very similar to the Camarilla.
DVD set's pretty affordable. Also includes a newly-filmed epilogue scene and the remastered Book of Nod we put together.
