I just purchased this one on Amazon last week, its not L shaped but it is also a pretty good deal. The main thing I liked about this one is that the keyboard tray is long enough for both a gaming keyboard and mousepad with plenty of room leftover (~36 inches), which is not typically the case in my experience. The desk is also tall enough to push large office chair with armrests underneath, a lot of times with the KB tray they don't have the clearance for that (like my current desk). Its also smoked tempered glass which I prefer to clear.
I have seen a lot of Ikea and home-made desks recommended on this thread. What about desks sold by Amazon? Could we get recommendations for some of those? I have been searching the catalog for a while and was thinking of this one:
Since I am looking for wide keyboard trays that can hold both a keyboard and a mouse/mousepad. 30".
So i'm really looking for a new desk to go with my new computer. I went at looked at the only bloody desks that are ever suggested on this entire website(Sorry this came off as rude.) The Ikea Galant and Bekent or whatever and both are kinda bad and wobbly as fuck. I have been looking at this two desks. [this][link] and this
So anyone have any suggestions for a good computer desk? Price no more than like $150
This is my desk:
It's a pretty fantastic compact desk for a single-monitor setup - nice and deep, enormous full-width keyboard tray with no lip - but I really want a version that's about 3 feet wider to make a multi-monitor setup possible.
It would also be nice if the keyboard tray were a little deeper and if there were some sort of mechanism for routing cables from the keyboard tray to the back of the desk.
