I'm so sorry you're having these problems. I've struggled with Sibo myself for years. The other day I bought Manuka honey from Amazon, along with Emergen-C and probiotics. So far, this is the best I've felt in years. I read about the health benefits of Manuka honey and was really skeptical because I've tried everything else. I tried veganism, paleo, GF, you name it, nothing has worked in the long-term. So far, I've had really good results with the combo below. No brain fog, indigestion, heartburn, fatigue etc.
I do two cups of tea with honey a day, one glass with Emergen-C per day, probiotics once daily and Mastic gum honestly when I remember. You're supposed to do that one about 10 mins before each meal.
