I have some Iron Bull sleeves. They're solid. I have no tried SBD, but I have $30 I didn't spend.

If you're in the States (and based on your posting time, you're not), I had a pair of Unbreakable Gear sleeves that I liked but they were stiff and not good for crossfit and I shredded them over the course of 6 months.

Go cheap and see if it's worth it. I like these ones.

I have cheap Iron Bull sleevs.

They won't help with pain or instability. But they do tend to make you feel better.
