Buy Ultra Pro Clear Sleeve. You can buy a pack of 100 for like 6 bucks off eBay or Amazon. It has a little circle on the bottom but it doesn't interfere.

Do those long boxes hold sleeved cards? The pictures I'm looking at online look kind of tight with bare cards?

Are there long boxes but not cardboard? It's pretty likely that the box is going to end up passed around the same table as several cups of coffee and tea.

Just the standard clear sleeves. AS GossamerSolid said, the dot/logo is still there but it is basically transparent.
