I've been using the bordo for a few weeks now. I have a bunch of Kryptonite mini 7 that I have been using for years.

I like the bordo because it takes up less room in my frame bag and is easier to fit around posts, trees, etc.

I would stick with the Evolution mini and cable lock. If you use the sheldon Brown method of locking you won't have any issues with the mini being awkward. You can also lock your front tire with the cable.
