This style of jewelry became very popular in the past 8-12mo or so. I've seen a ton of it pop up on Amazon from very new sellers with weird names. It's probably all very cheaply made overseas. I have a couple similar pieces, and you see most of the flaws in the detailed areas - the paint's not perfect, chrome cladding issues, things like that.
