You are going to need a deburing tool to go with that trimmer. I picked up this one and it works great. I got the new WFT II which has changable heads so you might want to look into it if you plan on reloading multiple rifle calibers.
first get yourself a drill press (I got mine on sale at harbor freight for like $35 and it has worked well for me) :

then you need a cutter which you can secure in the chuck on the drill press (I use lee products for this but I am sure there are a lot of options for similar items):
then I would recommend this quality debur/chamfer tool as the one I first used from lee is garbarge:

Trimming is a bitch and I almost didn't want to get into reloading .223 because of it but once you get set up its just another step in the process that I have come to enjoy. Yes the brass is reusable like any other cartridge however I only reuse 223 like 2-3 times max, partly because I have a mini 14 and that brass is usually long gone after shooting but also because after trimming several times you kind of stretch the brass to a point where it gets unsafe. .223 brass is plentiful on the floor at most ranges so restocking should be easy enough.
