I use this lap table on the bed in the truck. Fits from the wall to the end of the bed nicely. Though my gf took the one I had and so I have to buy another lol.
Other than that though, I was contemplating getting some plywood and 2x4s and setting something up that you would sit inside the drawer and have it leveraged with the drawer closed. Otherwise a dinner table is your best bet lol.
