I would say the following books are must reads if you want to get a good understanding on computer vision

- Multiple view Geometry in Computer Vision by Richard Hartley and Andrew Zisserman (link)
- Digital Image Processing by Gonzalez and Woods (link) - this book covers the basic image processing algorithms
- Learning OpenCV 3 in c++ by Gary Bradski (amazon link) - this book covers the theory behind the algorithms implemented in OpenCV library
