Since this one is so young and struggling to hold itself up I really would recommend investing the $20 to get a simple LED grow light. I've had mine for 2.5 years and I have NOT shut it off even once (it's been used for many different plants). Monsterra don't like constant direct sunlight so I really would advise against putting it too close to the window if it's east or west facing. This is the gorw light I purchased Grow Light
When I started out I bought a cheap LED grow light from Amazon for under $20. I also used a Christmas light timer so I didn't have to worry about turning it on and off. Something like this,

I dont recommend it for large areas. Only smaller pots like this as it isn't very strong. Some of my plants etoliated under this when I had 2 large pots under it.
So I actually have a grow light (for indoor plants)
I have it on mixed light set up for 12hrs. I don’t have it directly under it but on the side, I could provide a picture later on once I’m back home.
I did make a mistake of repotting when I first bought it, when I learned more about how it didn’t need to be until 1-2yrs it was already too late. 😞 But it’s actually been almost a month since I got it, and it wasn’t until Monday that I noticed the browning and yellowing on the leaves. I had watered it on Friday because I noticed the soil was super dry, and yes it does have a drainage hole.
I'm not a fan of the "blurple" grow lights. I prefer to give my plants a light spectrum that's closer to real sunlight. If you really want to give it a try, take a look at this grow light. It gives you the option of doing warm white, blurple, or both.

The lights on the plant stand are these.
I was afraid that I might’ve potted it too low, once I get back home I’ll definitely fix my baby.

The venus fly traps were originally indoors when I was in school, and they were doing ok (but not great) under this grow light: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TFHFP7Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_H3P6BSWJ3WF7QVJ44ZCF

LED Grow Light for Indoor Plants
I thought it looked good because of the different light colors. Does that matter much?
This is the one my partner bought (and is used in this photo), but I’m debating switching to a bigger one once we move her back in from the screen porch
