I got these cheap lights from amazon, has a timer for 3, 9, and 12 periods and it’s automated for every day use. It has a setting for white light, red, and blue, or a mix of both!

We have pothos growing 10+ feet from these babies.
Hi, thanks for helping! There’s so much conflicting information out there about growing so I really appreciate feedback. This is Pamela Highsley. I got her as a clone on April 22. She lives in coconut coir with rocks at the bottom for drainage. I was feeding her FloraNova grow 7-4-10, which the guy at the hydroponics store said was all she needed (this is just a hobby grow, and my first plant). She has these lights that are on for 18, off for six. Originally I had them on the lowest setting, but now it’s on a more medium setting. She was doing ok, but the new growth on top was getting twisty and dark, so when I went to a dispensary a few days ago I asked the budtender about it. She suggested doing a flush and letting the medium dry out a little so I did, and now Pam looks miserable. I’m looking for advice on how to move forward. Should I mix up some more floranova, but make it half strength? Do I need to change her lighting set up?
I got this guy from amazon!

Super affordable, and it's worked really well for my indoor plants. I esp like the flexible necks and clip, I can basically put it anywhere and get it to reach the plants. I'm planning on getting 1 or 2 more lol. Good luck!
Sure thing! I couldn't find the exact model I have but this one is very similar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TWDNXMG/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_72D69F0YDF90N6DS0EC9
I'd definitely get autoflower seeds and I do have a less fancy version of this https://www.amazon.com/Spectrum-Seedling-Blooming-Adjustable-Gooseneck/dp/B07TWDNXMG/ref=sr_1_50?dchild=1&keywords=grow+light&qid=1632936000&sr=8-50 grow light. But am I right in thinking the nugs won't be that amazing if I dont do the 12 hrs on/off, moving air, humidity bit?
Noted! And I’m using these lights, what are your opinion on them? Do you think they would be sufficient enough throughout the whole cycle?

I’ve been looking at these. Amazon reviews say they’re great for succulents, but if anyone has any reviews/comments about them please reply!
I found this one that looks similar to what you’re describing. But it has different color modes and brightness levels, does it make much of a difference?
Does that one work better for actually supplementing sunlight than this one you posted?
I use this one on the white light setting, and my VFT is about to flower. It seems happy.
